If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the maternity items must be completely unused, unopened, and kept in their original premium packaging with all seals intact.
3.2 Hygiene & Personal Safety Exclusions
To maintain strict health, hygiene, and biosecurity standards for our community of mothers and infants, certain items—including personal skincare oils, nursing bras, intimate postpartum care accessories, and opened wellness bottles—cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
3.3 Refund Processing & Timelines
Once your return request is received and verified at our quality control hub, approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days. Return shipping arrangements for verified fulfillment errors or transit damage will be fully managed and covered by GlowMoms.
